Breed2Lead is a 2-year project implemented in the framework of Erasmus+ strategic partnerships for School Education. This project aims to draw the profile of the new breed of talents required by an entrepreneur-driven innovation ecosystem, known as disruptive change agents. The project develops a methodology to support the identification, assessment and nourishment of the next generation of leaders who, by the definition of the disruptive change agent, will promote knowledge and innovation across their entities.
